Our group training program has three types of classes; Strength, Metabolic, and Mobility&Recovery

Strength Workouts

Strength workouts are often overlooked. We know that strength training is the best way to prevent injuries, get stronger, get more tone, and lose fat. 

​

This is because most people do not know what to do and how to do it. It is scary and intimidating at a big box gyms to go lift weights. 

​

Here at 1Fit, you will be led by an expert. Showing you what to do and how to do it!

Metabolic Workouts

Our Metabolic workouts are a great way to get you more energy and more condition.

 

The workouts will be led by an expert to go over warm-ups and show you what you will be doing and making sure you are doing it right. 

​

No more boring hours on the treadmill. The metabolic workouts are fun and filled with energy as the coach push and challenge you while keeping you safe.

Mobility & Recovery workouts

A great way to ensure that your body is continuing to move and get the most out of the workouts.

​

We can passively recover by sleeping and eating or we can speed it up by doing active recovery.

​

The coach will lead the class to make sure your body becomes more mobile as we speed up recovery. The faster we recover the faster we can get results.

​

This is only held at 8am on Saturday Morning
